Combining their individual expertise, UK based Blu Wireless, Swedish [Sivers IMA](https://www.siversima.com/) and Japanese firm [Fujikura](http://www.fujikura.com/) will publicly show live demonstrations of both unlicensed 5G at 60-71 GHz (WiGig) as well as licensed 5G at 24.0-29.5 GHz. This will demonstrate that 5G’s enhanced speed, latency and flexibility will have an immediate transformative effect and is integral to the deployment of next generation technologies. “I am thrilled to see the great team work and great effort put in to make the exposure at this show a reality and I am proud to show our ultra-low loss LCP antenna solution that can deliver ultimate connectivity with fibre-like capacity”, said Kenji Nishide, Managing Executive Officer at Fujikura. Anders Storm, CEO of Sivers IMA added: “All of the collaborators on this project have a shared approach to delivering carrier grade performance. Sivers IMA is pleased to be able to display its world class 5G RF technology, offering outstanding RF performance and flexible network architectures.” CEO of Blu Wireless, Henry Nurser, reinforced his counterparts: “We are excited to be able to demonstrate the first fruits of our 5G mmWave collaboration with Fujikura and Sivers IMA. By combining our uniquely flexible HYDRA modem and networking technology with the RF and manufacturing capabilities of our partners we are showing what a strong ecosystem we have already built – and will continue to build together for the future.” The demonstrations will take place in hall 5 at stand 5E81 at the Mobile World Congress between February 25th – 28th, 2019.
